Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Leeds – Harehills
Salary: Negotiable (exceeds national minimum wage)
We are currently looking to recruit an assistant to work closely with our accounts manager on a day to day basis. Candidates must have strong Microsoft office experience and have previous experience in the following areas.
• Telephone handling
• Sending statements by Email and post
• Raising invoices
• Customer facing with interaction
• Email enquiries (accounts related in Outlook)
• Booking jobs in
• Allocating payments (system – based Excel)
